A directing workspace for silent scenes made of shapes: a matter of timing.

## Design choice

Strip a scene to two shapes and their timing, and record every edit as numbers tied to the moment it changes.

## In practice

When meaning lives in timing, make timing the thing you edit and diff, not the frames around it.

## What I built

- Two takes on a shared clock, compared side by side
- Precise motion editing: change one moment and fork the take
- A numeric diff of every change, linked to paused moments
- Runs offline; no AI calls or adaptation in the public preview

## Where it stops

Whether seeing a viewer's guess helps a director communicate has not been established. The prepared takes do not adapt to a viewer, physical-device testing and live API qualification have not been run, and the full app runs locally on macOS only.
